1. Allergic reaction
Allergic reactions include: urticaria, angioedema, joint pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, hypotension shock, and more than one of them was diagnosed as an allergic reaction. Once the above reaction occurs, the blood transfusion rate should be slowed down immediately, and dexamethasone should be given into the pot, and the non-nano-intramuscular injection should be stopped immediately, and the blood transfusion should be stopped immediately, and 1/1000 adrenaline should be given subcutaneously, and rehydration, boost, and oxygen therapy should be given. All patients were treated effectively.
2. Non-hemolytic febrile reaction
In the short-term or blood transfusion process, chills and fever occur, and the body temperature of the fever can reach 38 °C ~ 41 °C. Patients have nausea, vomiting, and skin flushing. The reaction lasts for 1 to 2 hours, then sweating and fever. The level of fever is proportional to the white blood cell count and the amount of heat input to the blood transfusion rate meter, and sometimes it can be reflected only a few hours after the blood transfusion. The blood transfusion should be stopped immediately when the reaction occurs, and the condition should be closely observed.
3. Purpura after transfusion
All of them were affected about 7 days after transfusion, and the incidence was sharp. There were obvious chills, high fever and urticaria. There were headaches, chest pains and difficulty breathing. There are bleeding in different parts, extensive skin spots and ecchymosis, bleeding gums, nosebleeds, melena; all with thrombocytopenia, anti-platelet antibody IgG in patients' plasma and serum, bone marrow blood test: hyperplasia is active, Increased megakaryocytes, positive indirect anti-human globulin test. Give a strong dragon a static point, immunoglobulin static point.
4. Graft-versus-host disease
Fever, skin flushing, rash, severe diarrhea, hepatosplenomegaly, etc. The highest body temperature reached 40 ° C, given methotrexate, cyclosporine, prednisone orally. Check blood routine and transaminase until normal.
5. Transfusion hemochromatosis
Clinically, skin pigmentation, liver damage, diabetes, arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, and sexual dysfunction occur. Clinically, fresh red blood cells are used, and the symptoms are improved after oral administration of iron-iron.
